How to Make Your Own Body Scrub

Making your very own body scrub is as easy as following your favourite recipe and you need not look much further than your cupboards. This invigorating scrub smells delightful and will leave your skin silky smooth! You can make as little as one application or as much as a whole jar. It begins by removing dead skin cells and stimulating circulation. It also stimulates the lymph system so that it may effectively help in eliminating the body’s metabolic waste. It will leave your skin clean and tight with increased cell renewal. Dry skin brushing is also very effective in eliminating and preventing cellulite!
