    Question for all you fitness fanatics out there….I don’t belong to a gym and really don’t want to join one. Can anyone recommend some strength training exercises that don’t involve gym equipment? I do lots of jogging but need to focus on building some strength.

      Check out the post called ”wanna boost your metabolism”. It talks about using bodyweight exercises and interval training and links to a great trainer’s website who has an amazing program. You need a stability ball and a few dumbells but that’s about it!

    I just finished a gut-busting new Turbulence Training workout by Craig Ballantyne. It’s called TT Adrenaline and you need plenty of that to get through it!
